Scruffs Torbay, at 2 Ellacombe Road in Torquay, is run by Debbie Durbaca with co-owner Victor Durbaca, family-run and trading for over seven years. Debbie qualified with distinction at NVQ Level 3, trained under Julie Lalou L.C.G.I. and took further advanced training under Colin Taylor and Sarah Hussein of Harrods Pet Spa. Services include full dog grooming, shampoo and trims, puppy introductions, ultrasonic teeth cleaning, sensitive skin treatments and blueberry facials. The salon is a member of the Pet Industry Federation and the British Dog Groomers Association, and opens Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm.
