Posh Pooches has run in Duston since 2009, founded by owner Cynthia after she struggled to find suitable grooming facilities for her own Shih Tzu and decided to build a crate-free salon instead. She trained at a London grooming salon, holds City & Guilds qualifications, and is a member of the Pet Care Trust and the British Dog Grooming Association. The service covers a professional clip or cut, warm water bath, nail clipping, ear cleaning, dental hygiene and a spa experience. Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm; no price list is published, so call for a quote.
