The owner holds Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Animal Management alongside a Level 3 in Dog Grooming and Salon Management. The salon runs a strict no-drying-cages policy, finishing every dog by hand, uses eco-friendly and cruelty-free products, and charges a late collection fee. Services span full and de-shed grooms, hand stripping, a puppy pamper for dogs under six months, a deluxe pamper, a comfort pamper for elderly dogs, and ultrasonic teeth cleaning, and it also offers house-call appointments in Lydd, New Romney, Dymchurch, Hythe and Folkestone. It works by appointment only, Thursday to Saturday, 8.30am to 6.30pm, with payment by cash or card on collection.
