Ultrasonic teeth cleaning in Brighton: who offers it and what it costs

What the treatment actually is

Emmi-Pet is a specific ultrasonic dental system that uses a vibrating tip and water to break down plaque on the tooth surface without sedating the dog, which is why several groomers here offer it as a bolt-on to a normal appointment rather than a standalone dental procedure. It suits a dog with mild tartar and a temperament calm enough to sit through the process. It is not a substitute for a vet's full scale and polish under anaesthetic, which reaches below the gumline in a way no groomer's handheld tool can, so a dog with heavy tartar or sore-looking gums needs a vet, not a groomer.
