Cherished Pets Dog Grooming Salon has traded from the same Fiveways premises on Charminster Road for over 12 years, according to its own site. The team includes four City & Guilds qualified groomers, trained in animal welfare and pet first aid, and the salon operates in line with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 using organic, plant-based grooming products. Services cover full grooming, nail clipping, dewclaw trimming, ear cleaning, bathing, clipping, scissoring, hand stripping and puppy grooming introduction sessions. Prices run from £35 for small breeds up to £60 for giant breeds, with doodles and poodle mixes at £50. Open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm; closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
