The Pet Palace is a family-run shop-front salon on Heath Way in Shard End, opened in 2025, grooming rabbits and guinea pigs alongside dogs and cats. The team's qualifications include City and Guilds, an NVQ Level 2 and a Level 4 advanced diploma in canine behaviour, with more than twelve years' grooming experience between them. It's open Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday 10am to 4pm, closed Thursday and Sunday. A full price list by size band is published on its own site; a small breed full groom starts from £25, rising with size, alongside bath and blow-dry, puppy grooms, cat grooms and nail and ear treatments.
